What impresses me about Cynthi is her warm, welcoming demeanor and her ability to offer well-reasoned solutions to complex problems. As a leader, Cynthi is a master at bringing people together in order to achieve a common goal. This was never more evident than when she took over as Director for the SHRM of Greater Tucson Professional Development Committee. Under Cynthi’s leadership, the Human Resources Certification Program was restructured and now provides valuable training for HR professionals across southern Arizona as they prepare for their HR professional certifications.As an instructor, Cynthi is the consummate professional. She is an expert at developing and delivering content in the classroom and in developing valid measures to test for retention of course material. Her presentations skills are among the best that I’ve experienced and she engages her audience effectively.
